When I’m
not helping others thru Foot Reflexology, I am usually experiencing the beautiful outdoors and nature in Northern Arizona. I enjoy all types of hiking, especially strenuous hikes and rock scrambling, with
a touch of technical climbing occasionally. My main hiking buddies and I usually
scramble up a rock face somewhere and find a place to rappel down. We call
it “the most fun you can have on a rope”.
I
also enjoy commuting to the office on bicycle a few days per week when the weather is agreeable. I have an organic vegetable
garden and enjoy the love and companionship of my two cats. I love telling
jokes, and in general not taking life and myself too seriously.
I am also
very active in the community with the Beaver Creek Kiwanis Club and I enjoy working with nature and the environment by being a Master Watershed Steward, a volunteer
activity thru the University on Arizona and County Cooperative Agency.
